Our specialty counters are already opened in Suzhou and Dalian (Jiu Guang Department Store), and another will be opened in Beijing in coming April. At the same time, SmartWool counter in Shanghai is under our management. Thereby, you can enjoy purchase convenience in both areas with one single membership card.

Membership card renewal
To ensure you can enjoy our membership benefits also in Mainland, it is necessary to unify the membership card. Therefore, for those who still hold old PROTREK Membership Card, please bring your old card to renew a new one at any of PROTREK shops from now on. With Protrek membership card, you can enjoy purchase discounts and convenience in both areas.
